Hey Nick Ortego here. I’m going
to show you an exercise that will
stretch out, mobilize your hips and your
spine. I like to call it a figure four
floss. It looks kind of like this. Lie
down on your back, bent knees, feet about
hips distance apart. Take one ankle over
to the opposite knee. Take a breath in
and exhale and roll your legs over to
one side. Inhale bring them back to the
center. Exhale roll them over to the
other side. Inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale,
inhale. Continue that. You can set a timer
or you can do a certain number of reps.
Something you want to do pretty high
reps with, at least 20 or so. But just doing
few reps will help you feel
looser in the hips mobilize everything.
You can also do the other side. Inhale,
exhale, inhale, exhale, inhale and so on
and so forth. You got a benefit from this
